Designated area for entrenched debates with so-called "tax professionals" (TP). Here it is cold-reality, the facts and law mano a mano with the lies spouted by agent provocateurs, propagandists, and the wanton socialist establishment.

sumabitch. Sorry to hear that. Hard way to learn that account wasn't really yours; you were merely beneficial user and unsecured creditor: http://savingtosuitorsclub.net/showthre ... ount-Trust

Very good. And do you also know about our 2 forms of money - private credit v. lawful money, FRNs v. U.S. notes (in the form of FRNs)? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DU6fxC5CXMg Only one carries the income tax liability and it appears your CA FTB seizure might be related to unpaid taxes.

The only reason behind your snide comment is that you know you'll never be an accepted member in my thread.

Keep your childish comments to yourself.

Here's where you fail as a disinfo agent, Jesse. If you're going to create a new fake persona to pose questions you intend to answer yourself..... then you havta at least try to make it look like you're not the same person! C'mon now. How'd you get selected for this job anyhow?

Epic fail.

The only advise is that nobody has never really won a court case where they sued for the return of money's taken for a tax liability.

On the other hand to preempt further action from the CFTB I'd go to your employer showing them administrative regulation 301.6109-1(d).

This regulation says you dont have to participate in Social Security if you wish not to. Once out of participating you'll have no withholdings or deductions taken out. Furthermore, the earnings you receive when not participating in Social security are not subject to garnishment.

Last I checked, the only earning that constitute as "wages" are subject to garnishment.
